About The Founders

Jeff Stai

As the owner of ‘Georgia Carpet Outlet,’ Jeff was introduced to the real estate industry. For over four years Jeff worked with builders and renovators to turn houses into homes. After leaving the flooring business Jeff and his partner started a mortgage company called Morgan Financial.
Over 3 years he built strong relationships in the industry, which encouraged him to go out on his own and to take a hands-on approach. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry Jeff began buying homes and heading up renovations himself.

In his off-time Jeff loves to watch sporting events, attend rodeos, and relax to country music with his beautiful wife Karen. He’s a proud father of four children, and a grandfather to two.

Melissa Manley

Melissa entered the Real Estate industry while attending Portland State University. Owning and operating a small property management company; she assisted homeowners in managing their rental properties, and vacation homes in addition to prepping homes for sale. Shortly after having success in her property management company, Melissa went on to found a successful internet marketing company, which helped bring real estate agents, vacation rentals, and other companies to the forefront of their industries.
Melissa has been purchasing, renovating, and refurbishing homes for sale and rent since 2009. After three years in the Nevada real estate market, she moved to Oregon with the goal of helping to revive the housing market.

When she’s not at work Melissa loves spending time with her husband, her beautiful two year old daughter, and their dog Coco. Melissa enjoys both indoor and outdoor activities including yoga, hiking, and snowboarding. If she’s not working out you can find her focusing on two of the things she loves the most; interior design and learning with her daughter.
